We are continuously welcoming well-written and well-organized articles for the Journal from both legal scholars and practitioners.
To be considered, articles must:
1.) Discuss the field of business or securities law in America (if a foreign country's laws are examined, they must be examined in comparison to American law),
2.) Not be published in any other journal or review at the time of submission,
3.) Be no less than 15 double-spaced pages in length,
4.) Have citations that adhere to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (20th Ed. 2015) and the Chicago Manual of Style (16th Ed. 2010), and
5.) Be sent along with a cirriculum vitae or résumé.
